So, my favorite color is purple. My favorite pants the past two years have been my purple cords. I’ve even tried to dye my hair purple. BUT there is a limit to how much purple one girl can take. Marc and I have been blessed to have such a cute little house that is unique and perfect for us AND one of the previous owners apparently was somewhat of a gardener and planted things everywhere! This is good, because I wouldn’t have the slightest clue of where to start if I tried to plan garden stuff. I noticed that everything flowers – EVERYTHING. Even our tree in front has these weird leaf things that are flowery. We have flowering bushes and trees in our back yard and I was excited to see some purple flowers. Then the flowers in front came up and there were some pretty purple flowers and some more purple flowers and …. I’m going crazy – everything is purple! There are other colors you know. I will say that there were some pretty red and yellow tulips in the beginning of spring, but those are gone now and everything is purple. I’m totally taking pictures to show you. There are some peonies about to bloom and it looks like they might be pink… but isn’t that just a light purple? So, if you ever come to visit, I just want to let you know that I am really not that obsessed with purple. Hopefully we will plant some other colors before anyone we know comes over.
