So…he’s still not quite big enough…
Today was bring your kid to work day and it was CRAZY at marc's work! There were so many kids there and they had a circus theme with a scavenger hunt, games, stickers, balloons and lots of other stuff. We had a couple snacks took some pictures and then walked over to another building to go down the big slide… although z and I were the only ones to go down it…
I asked wren what she was doing and she said she was looking for coupons….can you tell what I have been doing lately?
We spent Easter with marc's parents and ate way too much! It was a lot of fun and the weather was nice so we took some photos outside… I can't find them right now (ugh!) so I'll upload those later. You can see z's scarface though… he scratched his face on the drive down to chicago… and wren eating one of the marshmallows I put in her eggs.. she was so excited. Aunt Sarah played memory eggs with Wren a bunch of times and grandma Pruban stopped by later to visit. So much fun!
After making pizzas, we walked to the park. It was so nice outside and there were a ton of people there!
Saturday, after the great cloth diaper change, we went to my dad's house and had so much fun! Uncle Tom and G.G came over and we had a wonderful time visiting and making pizzas!

Z took a late nap and when he woke up I laid him in wren's bed while we got her ready for bed. He LOVES her bed and immediately his face lit up and he was so happy.

My mom is here and she loves tea with honey! Wren has a cough so I made her a little green tea with honey and they had their tea together. We walked to the park later and had fun on the swings.
wren was really tired today for some reason. she kept asking to get ready for bed. at the end of story time and prayers she just wanted to lay on marc's lap.
Wren likes to play with z and make him laugh and lay with him. She is sometimes a tiny bit overbearing, but I think she means well… they were just too cute laying together on the bed today.
He is getting old too fast! We walked to the park today and anytime wren sees me trying to take a picture she poses… funny girl! oh and z loves the swing.
We went on a short walk after dinner and wren was so excited to see the moon (as usual). I had a break and marc carried z.
Z loves his feet! He is so happy during diaper changes when he can grab both feet and almost eat them.
More outside fun! After we went to the park and the kids had naps marc and wren played in the backyard a bit. Marc gave wren some of the dead flowers in our yard and she had fun posing with them. When she came in she was telling me 'how NICE' it was of papa to give them to her!
It was such a beautiful day! Z had his first ride in a non-motorized swing and he loved it! I tried to get a picture of wren and she started running away…she had a great time running though!
We had a day packed full of fun. We went to a big consignment sale this morning and then the childrens museum… we got there soon after it opened so it wasn't crowded and we had a great time! After lunch and a nap wren and marc played outside and built a 'fort' out of sticks and later built a tower out of citi blocs (pictured). Z took a super long nap in the afternoon on our bed (pictured) and we had pizza for dinner! wonderful wonderful day!
Sorry there weren't any pics yesterday! Here are some from today. Wren has been loving the outdoors and keeps asking to play in the backyard. I'm really enjoying having a fenced in yard where I can leave her out there for a little bit while I make dinner (and she LOVES it). Z is still liking his bouncy seat and starting to play with toys more (although there aren't any in these pics).
blah!!! sorry once again – I sent this to post yesterday and it didn’t work… here it is for Friday… Saturdays pictures yet to come!
